After his military service, Ronald was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 33 years. He is a graduate of Laney College in Oakland, California, with an Associate of Arts Degree in Social Science/ Journalism.
Ronald accepted his call-in ministry at Solomon Temple Missionary Baptist Church, Pittsburg, California, under the late Reverend Percel N. Sumpter, where he was licensed and ordained as a preacher. After years of service at Solomon Temple, Reverend Dillingham moved his membership to First Baptist Church, Pittsburg, California, under the leadership of Reverend Henry I. Perkins.
In 2007, Reverend Dillingham was called to Pastor Community Baptist Church, Bay Point, California. Pastor Dillingham has immersed himself in the service unto God, and to the people of God. He is also a graduate of American Baptist Seminary of the West, Berkeley, California, with a Master’s Degree in Divinity. Pastor Dillingham seeks to bring people to Christ, build them up in Christ, and send them out for Christ through preaching, teaching, Bible Study, Sunday School, Evangelism, Worship, Prayer, and Praise.c
